From Warsaw and St. Faustina and St. Maximilian Kolbe, to royal Krakow and Divine Mercy, to spectacular Salt Mines of Wieliczka and St. John Paul II house in Wadowice to Prague, once the seat of the Habsburg's monarchy Vienna, to amazing Budapest with its bridges across the mighty Danube! Truly impressive places to visit on a meaningful Catholic journey!

                        Warsaw – Plock – Czestochowa – Krakow – Wadowice – Prague – Vienna – Budapest

Day 1 – Flight to Poland
Departure from Cairo international Airport. Overnight flight to Europe, Poland, Warsaw, meals served on the board of the plane.


Day 2 – Arrival to Poland, Warsaw

Arrival in Warsaw and meeting with the guide. Before heading to the hotel, you will take a sightseeing tour of Warsaw including the picturesque Old Town, the Cathedral, and the Royal Route. Check in to your hotel. In the evening after dinner - free time for browsing the old Warsaw!


Day 3 – Warsaw

After breakfast, city tour of Warsaw, Old Town, Cathedral, and the Ghetto. Same morning depart for Niepokolanow, home to St. Maximillian Kolbe who was brutally murdered in Auschwitz concentration camp. We will visit the Franciscan monastery where he lived and worked. We then continue to Plock, to visit the cathedral church from the 12th century, the Benedictine Abbey dated to 10th century, and the house of the Congregation in Plock. It is here where St. Faustina Kowalska worked and where she received the first message of “Divine Mercy” in 1931. Return to Warsaw for dinner and overnight.


Day 4 - Warsaw – Czestochowa

After breakfast departure for Czestochowa, en-route visit to places connected with the life of Sister Faustina KowalskaGlogowiec - her birthplace and to Swinice Warckie where she was baptized. Arrival in Czestochowa, dinner served at your hotel. Optional: evening walk to the Monastery.


Day 5 - Czestochowa – Auschwitz – Krakow

Czestochowa is the most important pilgrimage center in Poland and it receives thousands of pilgrims every year. In the morning sightseeing of the majestic complex of the BasilicaTreasure House and the Chapel of the Black Madonna with the famous Icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary. On the way to Krakow group will stop for a visit to the former Nazi concentration camp - Auschwitz. The Same evening we are in Krakow hotel, and overnight in Krakow.


Day 6 - Krakow - Divine Mercy – Wieliczka Salt Mine

In the morning visit of Krakow, sightseeing tour including the Main Market Square with the Cloth Hall, St. Mary’s Church and Wawel Cathedral with Royal Tombs.  Same morning you will drive to the Congregation of Sisters of the Divine Mother of Mercy in Lagiewniki, (part of Krakow) with the tomb of Sister Faustina, she worked and died here. After a lunch break, we are going to visit the famous Salt Mine in Wieliczka, one of the oldest salt mines listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Monument. Unique and spectacular construction in salt! Return to your hotel in Krakow, where the group will have some free time before a farewell Polish dinner.


Day 7 – Krakow – Wadowice – Prague

Today we will leave Poland, head to Prague. En route stop in Wadowice, the birthplace of St. John Paul II. Here we will visit the museum of St. Karol Voytila before we continue to the Czech Republic! Dinner and overnight will be in Prague.


Day 8 – Prague, Oct. 16, 2017

After a good night's rest and breakfast, we are taking a guided tour of Prague. We meet city and its most important landmarks such as Charles BridgeSt. Vitus Cathedral, the old town of Prague with the Gothic church of Our Lady of Tyn and Astronomical Clock at the city hall, Wenceslas Square, the church of Our Lady Victorious hosting the Infant Jesus sanctuary…...and in the afternoon we are free, leisure time, shopping and lunch in Prague. Later we will be back in our hotel and rest before dinner is in one of the local typical Prague restaurants. Return to hotel, next morning journey to Vienna!


Day 9 – Prague – Vienna

Our goal today is the capital of AustriaVienna. In the afternoon, we will be in the City of Strauss and Mozart, the city of the most beautiful architecture as a testimony of the once-mighty Empire, the biggest in Europe for centuries. We see the Karlskirche one of the finest churches of the high baroque period, the Hofburg or the Winter PalaceSt. Stephen's CathedralSchonbrunn Royal PalaceBelvedere Palace is well known for its beautiful garden and an impressive panoramic view of Vienna and the steeples of St. Stephen's Cathedral. After some free time in the city center, we will head to our hotel.


Day 10 – Vienna – Budapest

After a slow morning, breakfast we are on our way to Hungary, to Budapest! In the afternoon upon arrival to Budapest we will meet with our Budapest guide and take a panoramic bus tour of gorgeous Budapest, bridges of DanubeRoyal palacesParliamentBuda Old TownSt. Stephen’s cathedral….at the end of the tour we will check in to our hotel! Dinner and overnight in Budapest!


Day 11 – Budapest – city tour of both banks of Danube

Today we will visit Budapest, on foot and by bus, several hours from the Royal Buda & the cathedral of St. MathewFisherman’s Bastion, to the House of ParliamentChain BridgeSt. Stephen’s Cathedral…and a lot more! The Same afternoon we will have free time before farewell dinner at the typical Hungarian restaurant, gypsy music….


Day 12 – Budapest – flight home

Early morning transfer for a flight back home, arrival will be the same day!
